Extended Capacity, Reduced Range Anxiety
We optimize auxiliary fuel tank designs based on vehicle chassis architectures, offering replaceable oversized main tanks, spare tire-mounted auxiliary tanks, and side-mounted auxiliary tanks to maximize space utilization without compromising original vehicle integrity.
Dual Material Options: 430 Stainless Steel & Titanium Alloy
Standard tanks use 430 stainless steel for balanced durability. For ultra-lightweight overlanding, opt for titanium alloy tanks that achieve 40% weight reduction while maintaining equivalent strength.
Fuel Transfer via Dedicated Controller
The aftermarket-installed in-cabin control module monitors the auxiliary fuel tank level. When the main tank approaches depletion, activate the module to transfer fuel from the auxiliary to main tank.(Extended-range main tanks do not require this controller.)
Precision Welding Craftsmanship
Every fuel tank is handcrafted by certified welders with 10+ years of experience, delivering precision welds with uniform, dense seams for leak-proof integrity. Each unit is marked with a laser-etched traceability code post-welding, enabling full lifecycle quality tracking from workshop to vehicle.
Professional & Clear Installation Guide
The modular design concept ensures a streamlined and simplified installation process.
